The FINETEC Premium watercolour collection consists of a variety of pearlescent, iridescent, metallic, Flip-Flop and neon colours, all made with premium-quality pigments for an even more intense gloss and astonishingly brilliant colours. These 6 fluorescent neon colours are made with the finest fluorescent pigments and can be illuminated with UV light (the yellow even glows in the dark!).
